The concept of paying taxes

There is a saying in America. Two things are inevitable in one’s life, death and tax. However, there still remains a phenomenon that a few people attempt to avoid taxes. In my oppinion, as the most important way to avoid tax-dodging, every citizens should accept the concept of paying taxes.

For example, some people doesn’t think it true that they have paid value-added tax when they buy a packet of cookie. But in fact, they have. So they don’t think that they are the tax rolls. To some extend, the idea of paying taxes is not accept by them.

As far as I know, in many countries, the citizens are told how much they have cost on taxes of everything, including houses, food, ect. As a result, paying taxes become a normal thing in their lives. Each of them has a deep concept of paying taxes.
